Would you pay $700 million for a Deep-Dish Pizza?

According to Bloomberg News, Chicago's Lou Malnati's Deep-dish pizza is exploring options of selling the chain completely, adding a new shareholding or keeping the current structure. 

If sold, Lou Malnati's could be valued at as much as $700 million. But think of all the pizzas you'd get for this price!
